Full-mouth dental implants in Madrid

At MAG Dental Madrid we specialise in full-mouth dental implants, also known as a fixed denture on implants or All-on-4 / All-on-6. We usually restore a complete arch on 4 or 6 implants. After the implant surgery, we fit the fixed prosthesis on the same day, a technique known as immediate loading. We use the highest-quality materials and only work with the world’s leading implant brands. Our fully digital workflow means minimally invasive surgery and greater precision.

What it is and who it is for

A fixed denture on implants (also called a screw-retained implant-supported prosthesis) replaces all the teeth in one arch. We usually place 4 or 6 implants that act as roots, and the prosthesis stays fixed, like real teeth: you do not take it out to eat or sleep.
If you are wondering whether to choose dentures or implants, a fixed prosthesis on implants gives you far more stability, chewing strength and comfort than a removable denture.

How many implants do you need for a full mouth?

Usually between 4 and 6 implants per arch, decided after a 3D CBCT scan and a bite study:

  • Fixed denture on 4 implants (All-on-4): an efficient solution when there is good support at the front and angled support at the back of the jaw.
  • Fixed denture on 6 implants (All-on-6): spreads the load better and is especially recommended when bone density has been lost.

In some cases more implants per arch are used. The quality and quantity of available bone is one of the key factors.

Step-by-step process

  1. 3D digital study (CBCT, photographs, intraoral scan).
  2. Guided surgery and a provisional fixed prosthesis on implants on the same day (immediate loading).
  3. Aesthetic and functional try-ins (speech, smile line, bite height).
  4. Final prosthesis (zirconia, reinforced PMMA or titanium-acrylic), made by our own exclusive laboratory.

Full-mouth dental implant prices in Madrid

At MAG Dental Madrid, all inclusive:

  • Full mouth (one arch) on 4 implants: from €12,000.
  • Full mouth (one arch) on 6 implants: €14,950 all inclusive.

This includes the complete 100% digital assessment with CT scan, free at your first visit, surgery, sedation, implants from the world’s leading brands, the fixed provisional prosthesis on the same day and the final prosthesis after 3 months, plus free check-ups every 6 months. Lifetime guarantee on implants, subject to those check-ups, and financing of up to 60 months arranged by the clinic.

What if you don’t have enough bone? There is a solution for that too. If your case needs bone regeneration (bone graft, sinus lift or guided bone regeneration), we assess it during your study and quote it separately, so you know the exact cost before you start. When bone is very scarce, there are alternatives such as zygomatic implants.

Come for your free complete assessment with the latest digital technology and we will give you a fixed quote for your case.

Types of fixed prosthesis on implants

Depending on how it is made and what it replaces, there are three types. At your first visit we show you which one suits your case using the digital study:

  • Hybrid prosthesis. A framework screwed to the implants that replaces teeth and gum. It is the usual option when a lot of bone has been lost and volume needs to be restored to the lips and smile.
  • Full-arch zirconia prosthesis. It rests only on the implants, without covering the gum. Maximum aesthetics and strength; we recommend it when the bone and gum allow.
  • Individual crowns and bridges on implants. When the whole arch is not missing, teeth are replaced one by one or in groups, with zirconia or lithium disilicate crowns.

All our prostheses are screw-retained, not cemented: the dentist can remove them at your check-up to clean them thoroughly and check the implants, while you never take them out yourself.

Materials and our exclusive laboratory

We work with high-end aesthetic zirconia and lithium disilicate, made in our own exclusive laboratory. This gives us full control over top-quality materials, high-end aesthetic results and minimal waiting times. For the final prosthesis we record the position of the implants with the PIC Dental photogrammetry camera: in a few minutes and without impressions, it captures the exact position of each implant, so the prosthesis fits with total precision, without stress on the implants, and is made sooner.

Care and check-ups

  • Brush after meals with a soft brush, and use a water flosser or interdental brushes under the prosthesis.
  • Free check-ups every 6 months: we remove the prosthesis, clean it thoroughly and check the implants. These check-ups keep your lifetime guarantee on implants valid.
  • A night guard if you clench or grind your teeth.
  • Avoid biting hard objects and do not smoke, which is what most compromises long-term results.

Travelling to Madrid from abroad for full-mouth implants

We regularly treat patients from outside Spain, and our whole team speaks English. Treatment usually takes three visits: at the first, we carry out a complete assessment and explain your treatment plan; at the second, we perform the surgery (2 to 3 hours) and you leave the same day with provisional teeth that look and work very much like your final ones; about 3 months later, depending on how the bone integrates with the implants, we fit your permanent teeth. Between visits we can follow your progress by video call, and you can always come to the clinic in person if needed. Any questions before your trip? Write to us at contacto@magdentalmadrid.com.

Full-mouth dental implants: frequently asked questions

What are full-mouth dental implants?

A fixed prosthesis that replaces all the teeth in one arch and is screwed onto 4 or 6 dental implants. It stays fixed like natural teeth: you do not remove it to eat or sleep, and in many cases it is fitted on the same day as the surgery.

At MAG Dental Madrid a full arch on 4 implants costs from €12,000 and on 6 implants €14,950, all inclusive: free CT scan assessment, surgery, sedation, implants from leading brands, provisional teeth the same day and the final prosthesis after 3 months. Bone regeneration, if needed, is quoted separately. Financing of up to 60 months.

It is recommended for patients who have lost several teeth or all of them, or whose remaining teeth cannot be saved. Most adults are candidates; if bone is lacking, we assess grafts or alternatives such as zygomatic implants with the CT scan.

Clean it every day with a suitable brush and specific products such as interdental brushes or a water flosser to clean under the prosthesis. At your free check-ups every 6 months we remove it, clean it thoroughly and check the implants.

At MAG Dental Madrid we have clinics in Hortaleza and the Salamanca district, with the same implant team, the same digital protocol and an English-speaking team.

Usually three visits: the first for the complete assessment and treatment plan, the second for surgery with fixed provisional teeth the same day, and a third about 3 months later for the final teeth. Between visits we can follow your progress by video call.
