INITIAL SITUATION
Patient who comes to the consultation with infection, due to a maxillary sinus lift performed in another center.
PROCESS
The area is healed, we wait two months for the tissues to regenerate and in a second time, a new sinus lift is performed with AT collagen membrane and biomaterial, with simultaneous placement of five implants.
Measurements are taken with 100% digital flow, to place a provisional that the patient had had in his mouth for four months.
After that time, work is completed with a zirconia prosthesis (FP2), with a titanium bar and ceramic loading on the anterior front.
