INITIAL SITUATION
Middle-aged patient who comes to our dental clinic in Madrid with an old and fractured cap on the central incisor, and where after a first examination we observed multiple cavities and dental abrasions in the anterior group.
PROCESS
The first thing we do is treat cavities, through conservative dentistry, to prevent the cavities from progressing and reaching the roots of the teeth.
Later, to solve the aesthetic problem caused by dental abrasions, we do so by placing aesthetic Emax lithium disilicate covers and veneers and ceramic loading on incisal edges, performing prior carving with minimal invasion, with the help of the microscope. We take measurements without using conventional methods with uncomfortable pastes for our patients, since we follow 100% digital protocols with intraoral scanners.
