INITIAL SITUATION
Young patient who comes to our dental clinic in Madrid due to pigmentation problems in soft tissue and staining in canines caused by ingestion of tetracyclines in childhood.
PROCESS
A gum peeling is performed, accompanied by gingivectomy to correct gingival scalloping and achieve greater dental harmony.
To eliminate staining we perform minimally invasive carving. We take measurements with a 100% digital protocol, we put temporary veneers so that the gum heals correctly and in two weeks we place the aesthetic microveneers made of lithium disilicate, with a slight ceramic load on the incisal edge to add transparency and greater naturalness.
